About us

A tailoring workshop in Kalutara South.

IRO Fashion makes clothes two ways: stitched to your measurements, and ready-made in standard sizes. The same hands do both.

We started because good tailoring is usually a matter of time and travel — two visits for measurements, another to collect. Putting the measuring online removes most of that, without removing the part that matters: someone paying attention to how a garment sits on the person wearing it.

If you would rather do it the traditional way, the door is open. You will find us at 178 Thevaththa Gamagoda, Kalutara South, Sri Lanka.

How we work

  • Measured, not estimated

Every custom piece starts from your own measurements, taken either at the workshop or through our guided online form.

  • Your fabric or ours

Bring material you already love, or ask us to source something suitable for the piece you have in mind.

  • Finished by hand

Pieces are checked, pressed and finished by the same people who stitched them before they are handed over.

Start with a measurement, or with something ready to wear.
